Client Services representatives are here to answer any and all questions — whether it has to do with training, scheduling, or amenities outside the facility. Our Client Services department is on the second floor near the Client Lounge. Hours of service are 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Notary public services are available.
Our dining room on the second floor is open Monday through Sunday. Operating times are Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 1:15 p.m. for lunch only; Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. for breakfast, 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. for full-service lunch. Complimentary coffee also is available here. What's more, takeout menus are available from local restaurants, and boxed lunches are available upon request for those who may want meals outside normal dining room hours.
Vending machines offering coffee, tea, and snacks are available in the Client Lounge on the second floor. A variety of periodicals and a television with satellite and local channel programming are available.
The Aviation Resource Center on the second floor contains an extensive collection of aircraft and avionics manuals, aviation publications and periodicals, and study aids. Videotapes are also available for viewing in the Center. The Center is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The adjacent Computer Lab offers computers with study aids, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, as well as Internet access. The Computer Lab is open 24/7.
Our Company Store offers a large selection of aviation-related items, including gifts and apparel. All purchases can be made at Client Services on the second floor. Cash and credit cards are accepted.
Wireless Internet connectivity is available throughout, along with a wireless printer located in the Aviation Resource Center.
